Who is Nate R. Veranth?
Nate focuses his law practice on real estate, land use, and business transactions. As a small forest landowner, Nate serves as the Chair of the King County Rural Forest Commission and is also a member of the Sno-Valley Tilth. When not practicing law, Nate enjoys working with his wife, Janya, and their two sons, on their Duvall, Washington farm.

- Represented developer in securing a comprehensive plan amendment to allow change in zoning of developer’s property from low-density residential to high-density multifamily.
